- Husband/Spouse Lebanese ID Card and a recent Family Civil Registry Record.
- Spouse Birth Certificate (if she is not Lebanese).

- A Cashier's Check or USPS Money Order Only payable to the Consulate of Lebanon in the amount of $63 + $2 per thousand of any amount mentioned in the judgement.

- Appoint a lawyer or a representative in Lebanon in order to finalize it with the Lebanese authorities.
- Include a copy of the aforementioned special power of attorney with your divorce application.
